Terms

Credit is only available to Schools and Government departments - see details under Credit Terms.

For all others, our terms are payment with order. If paying by cheque, please enter your cheque card number on the back. Thank you.

Minimum Order

£10.00 plus postage

Discounts

Discounts do not apply to Sale, Clearance items, Xyron items or Badge Making Machines & Accessories or purchases at Wholesale Prices.

Packing and Postage

Mainland UK

Wholesale items, please add £5.00 p&p per order regardless of order value.

For Express Delivery (Mainland UK only) add an additional £5.00 to above charges.

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands

No Express Delivery to these areas.

Overseas Orders

If the postage will be over our standard rate of £5.00, we will notify you to get confirmation for the extra surcharge.

Delivery of Parcels

Most orders will need a signature on receipt. If there is any chance that no one will be available to receive it, please give us a different delivery address, such as your work or a friend's address. If the parcel is returned to us because no one was available, there will be another shipping charge to re-deliver it.

Credit, Debit cards or Switch Cards

We accept payment by Master Charge, Visa, Solo and Switch.

Please give us your correct card number, expiry date, security code (3 digit code on signature strip), name on card, issue number on Switch cards (if none state Valid From date), address and your telephone number.

Visitors

As we are exclusively a Mail Order Company, we are not open to the public. If you wish to collect an order please call to make an appointment. Thank you.

Credit Terms

Available only to Schools, Government departments etc. Each order must be on an official order form, signed by the person responsible for payment.

Minimum order £25. Settlement to be made within 28 days of invoice date. 2% is added to any account that is not paid within 28 days.

Returns and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any items, we will be happy to exchange, give you credit or issue a refund except on Clearance and Sale items.

Books and Patterns cannot be returned.

No exchanges or returns can be accepted more than 30 days after our invoice date. When a return is sent, please state the reason, your customer number and if you prefer an exchange, refund or credit.

If returned because of our error your postage will be refunded and a full refund will be given.

All other returns, postage is payable by you plus a 15% restocking charge will apply.

These arrangements do not affect your statutory rights.

Returned Cheque Policy

Any cheque returned to us by our bank for any reason will be assessed a fee of 5% or £5 whichever is the greater to cover the cost our bank charges us. The next order from the same customer will not be filled until the new cheque has been cleared by our bank.

Credits and Overpayments

Credits are shown on our invoices for items out of stock or discontinued. Please return the credit invoice to us when sending a new order. If a mathematical error occurs we will correct it. If an item is on Sale, the lower price will be charged.

VAT Registration

Our VAT registration number is 586 2354 17. VAT at the current rate is included in all our prices except Books and Patterns which are zero rated.
